Just right mouse click on the links and "save as.." to your hard drive. Then import the tsi from TP2 preferences.

We would suggest using a USB hub with external power source. It sounds that the USB power is insufficient.

Both Ableton Live and Traktor Pro offer separate tempo and pitch adjustments and MIDI control, so this is possible with either. However due to Live's different nature compared to traditional DJ software, we do not (at least at the moment) offer in-house built default MIDI mappings, as we do for Traktor.

Unfortunately we have no resources for in-house software support for Linux at the moment. However we have been cooperating with the open source DJ software project Mixxx ( http://www.mixxx.org/ ), but the compatibility isn't finished. You might be able to get more information about the process by contacting them.

Unfortunately there is no way of physically adjusting the weight of the scratch wheel in Otus models.

The reason S4's scratch is more responsive is simply because it's developed by Native Software and doesn't use MIDI at all, so they can natively tweak their code to match their own gear. That's why there's very little to do in our behalf to reduce the latency - of course the latencies can be minimized in our drivers assuming that you run on a sufficient computer.
