how to disable otus touchpad?

Hello Everyone, i want to disable the touchpad function to the otus. Is it possible?

If you add an event to any of the touchpad controls (touchpad touch, X- or Y-axis, left or right mousebutton) in the Otus preset the mouse functionality will be automatically disabled.

Please explain this more, In the Midi Agent Editor i have tried to change the Function of the Touch pad to send a Midi note and save the file. But Every time i try and save a new file or duplicate the file and edit it. The Preset cannot be loaded. This is becoming a bit frustrating. I have tried Maping either buttons for the pad in traktor pro, Midi is not being sent by my otus on those buttons even thought i have told the editor to save the changes.
How Do i copy my Traktor Maping in the Editor and Make a Change To it and Re Load it.

so its a driver problem .?
im using windows 7 64 bit

ok so good news bad news ..i was able to save the change in the xmap agent. Traktor pro 2 will learn the midi command. The Bad ..The Mouse is still on .. Any Ideas on that on ?
I thought once i maped a midi note to the touch pad it would turn off the mouse function.

Anyone ?
