Otus problem with Traktor

Hi all, I using 2 x Otus as deck A and B and having similar problems to above when using the Otus as the sound card(s). I've tried with either Traktor 1.2.7 and Traktor 2. Seems fine if I use an NI Audio 2 DJ soundcard.

Will let you know if/ when I find what's causing it here.

umm so iv brought an otus dj interface thing.. second hand.. and was wondering where or how i can get the software for it? all i hav is the actual deck and the cable.. n obviously i cant do n e thin with jus that lol,,, help?
