DeckaDance + Xp10 fully working with no sound

Ok i have gone through about 2 years of problems trying to get DeckaDance and my Xp10s working correctly. Now i can finally get the controls working and midi is activating. But now of all things i get no sound going out to my dj mixer Im using this configuration http://eks.fi/img/kuvapankki/image/xp5_setup_1.jpg it works great but the sound is supposed to travel back through the USB cables into the XP10 units and OUT of their RCA outputs into my dj mixer when i play something via the Xp10s, i get no activity on the dj mixer nothing lights up nothing is heard there is absulutely no sound coming out of the xp10 units and im pretty sure the sound is not going from the computer TO the xp10 units im using the correct driver im using the proper setup

i tried calling but no answer even though im calling from USA
and i posted several messages here on the forums

only to find out, the forums are here for all members to help support eachother??!!

If one person comes here with questions in the begining, whos going to help them?
EVERYONE that comes to the forums needs help so whos going to help us?

Using the forum this way has to be the worst idea yet
